I’m Your Huckleberry

JessPic
I am Jessica.

I’m a wife, sister, daughter and friend. I’m not great at being any one of those things, but I want to be.

This space is a space where I’d like to write. A space where I want to write about truth – truth that can be messy, painful or amazing. A space where I can write about food – to cook new and interesting recipes, to entertain friends and family or even better, find a way to eat good food and get paid for it.

This space is a space where I’d like to write about lovely things in life that make me {and hopefully, you} smile. Here’s to smiling together.

I appreciate your blog on so many levels. My husband and I struggle with infertility. Unsuccessful for 7 years now. We do have an 8 year old son, Zechariah. Thank you so much for sharing your heart and life! I will definitely be following the blog and sharing frequently I’m sure as you seem to have all the words to say that I never can get out.

Thanks for your comment, Cari! It’s such a difficult thing to go through and it’s made it all the easier for us knowing that we aren’t the ONLY ones dealing with it, so thank you for sharing. 🙂

I am so thankful for your blog, I was diagnosed with PCOS in May and my husband and I plan to start trying to get pregnant in January. I know we’ll struggle due to my diagnosis and your story gives me hope that we will become a family in God’s way and He has a plan for us. Thank you for being such an inspiration.
